After you get all of the certified paperwork
make a PHOTOCOPY of your mortgage-is-paid-off papers and throw a "mortgage papers burning" party. Be sure that the originals are in a safe place first.

Well...
The house is insured for rebuild with updates cost plus $80K in contents and $15K computer/electronics/other endorsement.
Garage is a separate building.
