According to [link|http://www.theregus.com/content/7/24812.html|The Register] and [link|http://news.ft.com/ft/gx.cgi/ftc?pagename=View&c=Article&cid=FT39G0DYM0D|this article], MS plans on buying [link|http://www.navision.com/hq/|Navision] for $1.2 billion. Navision supplies software similar to Great Plains, but primarily in the EU. (Actually they appear to have more ERP type software too. Wasn't Great Plains primarily Accounting and CRM?)
