![]() So you can run Android apps on a TV, I guess.

![]() Its an Android device... which hooks to you HDTV and makes it a "SmartTV'... like the ones they are now selling for hundreds of dollars more but aren't updatable to newer versions of stuff. Most SmartTVs will be come obsolete in short order and not be usable. This avoids that, by giving you an ability to update this device or just get a new one.
This allows you to use your HDTV as an HTPC, showing Movies via the network, use things like Facebook via your TV, watch Netflix, play Tetris, Angry Birds, get your e-mail, Gtalk... post here, use it like a Tablet but with a HYARGE screen. Effectively turn you TV into something that someone can use to browse the Entar-Webs or etc without using their phone and small screen. The device is smaller than you phone by far, since it doesn't need a battery nor a display. --

![]() Its similar to the original XBOX with XBMC running on it.
Plus these things are easily updated and replaced vs getting it built into the TV. --
