Post #368,667 by Andrew Grygus 12/28/12 3:00:14 PM Reply	Well, the current owner of Crisco . . . . . has changed the formula from 100% trans fats to "trans fat free". They did this by fully hydrogenating the oil rather than partially hydrogenating it. This produces 99% saturated fat - hard as a hockey puck. So then they bring it back to consistency by whipping in sufficient unhydrogenated oil. But its still "fat".
