Just saw the movie.
Every kind of bad.
My chief complaint is... not enough naughty nurses with machine guns.
Otherwise, awesome.
OK, perhaps the most subtle part was when they announced the sequels: Machete Kills, and Machete Kills Again.
You have to realize, this isn't supposed to be a Quentin Tarantino movie. This is a movie that Quentin Tatantino would make if he were a character in a Quentin Tarantino movie. Reminds me a bit of The Itchy and Scratchy Show.
The only thing that would have improved the film (other than more nurses, and perhaps a little more gratuitous nudity, because, let's face it, there was almost a reason for most of the nude scenes, and one of them actually advanced the (to use the term generously) plot*) would have been if I had enough tequila so I didn't have to switch to vodka in the middle.
