I like the Zaurus very much and think it compares favorably
to the rest of the market. In particular, it has good options
for expandability.
The only negatives I found were some driver install problems
and some problems with the built-in PIM apps. After installing
the drivers and re-booting, the drivers appeared to not be present.
Sharp has issued a patch for this. There was no import or
export function in the PIM apps. I believe this has been fixed.
Also, there was no way to print from the Qt Palmtop Center.
I think this was also fixed.
I've been able to write some Java apps for the Zaurus. So far
so good. I've not had as much time to work with it yet as I'd
like so I'll have to give you more feedback over time.
