do you expect that the federal government will get "rules" to "impose" neutrality correct?
It seems that you do.
I've a feeling here that the cure would be substantially worse than the disease.

We already know what the Telcos et al want to do
They've already done it several times and gotten their hands slapped for it They
will
degrade performance of their competitors products where they pass through their network.
How would you propose to address that?
