I haven't weighed less than 200 pounds since I was like 17. I'm actually down to app. 205 now; last time I weighed myself was about a month or so ago and I weighed 207 then. I think I may have lost some more weight since then, but we'll see the next time I get around to mounting a scale.

I was up at around 240 six months ago or so. When it comes to losing weight slow is definitely better.
New Agreed that slow is better.
This is mainly a personal experiment. I'm not trying to lose 20 pounds in a month or something.

I would like to get down to ~ 145. I'm 5'9 with a small frame, so that would still be in the "ideal" range for me. I'm pudgy at 160.
