I haven't weighed less than 200 pounds since I was like 17. I'm actually down to app. 205 now; last time I weighed myself was about a month or so ago and I weighed 207 then. I think I may have lost some more weight since then, but we'll see the next time I get around to mounting a scale.
I was up at around 240 six months ago or so. When it comes to losing weight slow is definitely better.
