I note that mine appears in the list of comments offering substantial analysis. :-) (And is online [link|http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/ms_tuncom/public/03/mtc-00002479.htm|here].)

Cheers,
Ben
New Found mine, but it's uncategorized
Their categories are:
  • Comments unrelated to the RPFJ and the Microsoft case in general

  • Comments unrelated to the RPFJ but related to the Microsoft case

  • Comments that express a view of the RPFJ but offer no analysis

  • Comments that express a view of the RPFJ and offer some analysis

  • Comments that express a view of the RPFJ and offer substantial analysis

That seems to be an inclusive list of all possible comments, but [link|http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/ms_tuncom/public/17/mtc-00016261.htm|mine] isn't in any of them. Granted I didn't send in the most detailed comment, but it ought to be in one of those categories.

I can't be a Republican because I like to spend the money I make on drugs and whores.
New Missing a few from the categories list
I noticed that my comment [MTC-00027925 0002 Levitt, David] is in the master list, but is not in any of the category lists [MIA along with surnames from D-G & Hass*-L*, and probably other ranges of names].
New It isn't all of them, because mine isn't there.
At least not in the alphabetical by author list.

I notice also that in the "some analysis" list there are no entries for "C" through "G", which seems a little suspicious, considering there are so many for "D" and "H".

New The sonzabitchen spelled my name wrong!
It's a family tradition, maybe that's what happened to yours too. Don't see a "Gygrus", though, or any other perversions of your name or company that I can come up with. The "some analysis" database error is fixed for me, but I don't see you there. Should we demand a recount? ;)

[link|http://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/ms_tuncom/public/27/mtc-00026078.htm|mine] was pretty much a time-rushed rant, I'm surprised it got up to c-5. It's almost all offtopic for what they want.

Research conducted at the University of Oxford has proven conclusively that a cat on a table will inevitably push anything on it off the edge and onto the floor.

“The only obvious conclusion that we have been able to come to is that the Earth must be ball shaped, or cats would have pushed everything off the edge by now.”
