well Im at the point where I can save a little
with a match up to 3% Im effectively buying at 1/2 price
40% fund of gommunt securities
15% aggressive overseas
balance in an index fund
Ive been in realestate most of the time but bench periods ate up my winnings, with real estate stagnant I cant hope to build equity.
