A corporate feudalism might be the result of a hard core libertarian government, but it isn't the goal.

The radical libertarian position suffers from the same problem that pure anarchy and simple community communism* suffer from. They depend on nearly every member of society fully embracing the belief system despite obvious personal advantage from subverting it.
