The first one was an animated riff on fairy tales, similar to what "Scary Movie" to slasher flics.

The second was heavy on the witty dialogue that IMO kids wouldn't get most of, with many more current references.

The third was like an episode of Saturday Night Live, where you're always waiting to see who is going to play the next bit part. They got the laugh with the entrance, and you almost didn't need the joke.
