If you liked one and two you will like three also. The fights where not as well choreographed as the second, but they needed the time for the awesome display of freelance backstabbing that is the plot. Everybody as their own scheme in this movie, they all conflict, they are all willing to kill to advance their plots and yet none of them can win alone. They gang up and switch sides the whole way through the movie, often more then once in a single scene.
If you have not scene the at least the second one though, this one is not going to make a lot of sense.
