Actually what I'm going to do is leave it with a friend up here. The Kidney Foundation has a pretty slick operation when it comes to car donations. I'll leave my friend the key, mail the KF the title along with some paperwork, and the KF will send someone by my friend's house to pick up the car.
It's just kind of amusing exactly how confusing something like this can get when the bureaucracies of 3 states (well, two states and a Commonwealth) are involved...
