Well, the Fish Sauce page probably wasn't . . .
. . real relevant for a lot of you guys, but the [link|http://www.clovegarden.com/ingred/sausage.html|Sausage Page] now has a reasonable number of sausages on it, including the increasingly popular Danger Dog.
Of course there are a few hundred more to go but there's only so many sausages I can eat per month.

I assume you mean prefer instead of refer
'Today volume producers refer...'
and shouldn't 'which produce an effect...' be 'which produces...'

will try to get a picture and a description of some sausages
sold localy at the euro deli. Hunters Sausage, hungarian square shaped garlic vinegar paprika taste.

Thankfully (though my arteries might disagree), I've found a local place here in Naperville that stocks it (City Meat Market, for those who might be in/passing through the area). My kids now love it, and I have to fight them for breakfast when we pick up a pound (which is about 6 times a year. It doesn't last long.)
