Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Speaking of "reverse logic", if that last bit means...
Barry (yes, Scott! :-) da Broom:
Anybody who doesn't understand table driven logic gets fired.
...if that implies, "Anybody who does understand table driven logic has a better chance at getting/keeping a job", then I have just the candidate for you!

Barry, meet Bryce. Bryce, this is Barry. :-)

(Hey, I'm not even joking... Not JUST joking.)

Of course, who am I to point fingers? I'm in the "Information Technology" business, prima facia evidence that there's bats in the bell tower.

New ACCK!!
Nonononononono.

I love my Perl.
I like my fake OO Perl.
I love my SQL.
I accept PL/SQL.
I like Java.

I despise Bryce.

I mean that where ever possible, rules should be
abstracted to simple files or tables that drive
the logic, which then allows non-coders adapt
the behaviour of the code based on these driver
tables.

And this seems to be a rare coding trait, which
I encourage in my co-workers.

Or beat into, as needed.
New That is about what happens
when you get rid of all the talent that used to work for you, you end up with a whole team of Bryces. My apoligies to Bryce.

"Will code Visual BASIC for cash."

I think you are still missing the point - (ben_tilly)
No, you missed MY point - (broomberg) - (12)
