Aptana's nice too
Although it's an IDE for HTML, CSS and Javascript. ([link|http://www.aptana.com/|Here], by the way.)
It's free and available as a standalone editor or as a plugin for Eclipse.
The fact that it's written in Java might be a turn-off to some.
I will admit that CSSEdit looks extremely sharp. Let us know how it works for you.
