(You can pay 20 G's+ for a Hawg == hundreds of pounds more. On a truck chassis.)
Still, for handling and esoteric class.. the Italians aways have a similar entry (not yet 200 HP though IIRC.) Amazingly, one such MV Augusta was reviewed in the SF Chron motorhead section in Nov. The reviewer tested the F4-1000R; she loved it. A mere 174 HP for a top end of 187.
But you need 23 G's.. See? A steal.
A Boomer can afford such a toy - when too old to use much of it. Cosmic humor.
(The KZs are known to break 200 mph - recall the speeding ticket at 205, last year?)
You needn't be nutzoid to buy one of these, though I maintain that the closer you aim towards 325-50ish pounds, the better the handling and safety margins.. for all of us who didn't learn to do wheelies at age 4 (when you don't know that there is something called sensible-fear.) Temptation to use power beyond the jelloware's ken - applies to more than motorcycles. Bad decisions kill, not 'power' IMO.
Imagine what this power/wt. costs ... ... with an extra two wheels :-0
