Three cheers, or even four, for Another Scott
He's unfailingly good-natured, his comments are reliably sensible, his links almost always worth following up. Also, it's been three months since the anti-flame has been invoked. Huzzah! Huzzah for Another Scott, who is far more cordial than I!
cordially,

But aside from those merely extraordinary qualities -
he is generous almost to a fault. No, not that, exactly.. you have to be devious to rilly do that. :-)
That is a phrase taught at my mater's knee.. took many years of liff to recognize it as quite more than a mere indictment of the faux 'generosity' of the expected-Xmas-'gift'. Yes, I know - praising parents is an oft tedious affair, so I try to give the occasional example which has lasted beyond the personality. Evens out, though - her mother was My Gramma\ufffd :-/
Thanks again, Scott! - the Compaq continues to meet my every demand [what shall we boot today, Memsahib? Er, *cough* are you Sure you want the Red screen-that-means-Root??] and is twice more fasterer than the boring but indestructible daily webnet driver.

More cordial than I, too
The world needs nicer people than I. I'm glad one of them sticks around here.

So true
And all I ended up with was this stable, happy marriage.

Blush!
Goodness!
Thank you, everyone. :-)
I've been quiet because I'm away at a conference and the Internet access is spotty at best. I'll be more chatty come the weekend, I think.
Happy Halloween, everyone!
Three more cheers for the regulars! You folks are what keep me coming back.
Cheers, Scott.
