But my customer satisfaction was not. They lost my luggage for the 2nd time in a row. Same airline, same airport. Grrr. Pissed me right off.
And for the last 2 times I've flown, there has been an air disaster within a 12 hour period. Yeah, I notice these things. I must have good karma these days. Dont know why. Shouldnt have. But am happy about it, none the less.
