New I can relate to such things....
When I was younger, me and a couple of friends had a little fun - we stole an official sign from a building in the downtown St.Petetsburg and moved it to a food store. The name on the sign said "RosPromElevatorMelMontage" - Russian Industrial Grain Elevator and Mill Assembling. While it's a good one, it's nowhere as baroque as the one Ashton found.

I used to use rot-13, but I decided I needed something at least twice as strong. So now I use rot-26 to encode all of my transmissions.
