[link\|http://www.oft.osd.mil/library/library.cfm?libcol=1\|Office of Force Transformation] has articles on this and other topics. The latest one is that the OFT may be disbanded. Specifically, [link\|http://www.oft.osd.mil/library/library_files/article_510_Defense%20News%20article%20on%20Trophy.pdf\|this] 2 page .pdf is a Defense News report from April. I suspect the situation is more complicated than the MSNBC piece paints it, but I'm sure there are severe pressures on the Pentagon from Raytheon and Rafael (the Israeli contractor). It would be nice to think that Congress is going to get on top of this issue, but who knows... Cheers, Scott. (Who wouldn't want to be an infantry man walking beside such a thing...)
