Find a photographer
Try a night photography class at the local community college or continuing education center. "Hey ladies, I'm a gourmet chef and I need someone to take pictures as I cook, then share the meal with me. Any takers?"

Have you considered the reaction of the photographer
to some of the stuff he cooks? Some of it requres ummmm... an inquisitive or adventurous nature to really enjoy. Tripe might not be a sufficient reward for an afternoons work, depending on the photographer.

Yeah, but she won't eat 'em. I need help eating 'em all too.
At least L sometimes gives me a little help there, though not nearly enough.
L even ate some of the barracuda ceviche - after asking if I'd eaten any myself and how long it takes for ciguateria poisoning to kick in and how long ago I'd eaten it and how I knew it was a Pacific barracuda and how I could be sure Pacific barracuda aren't toxic - then after trying a tiny sample she nodded approval and scooped a bowl full.

You must think I plan ahead . . .
. . and do these things by some sort of schedule.
"Hey Doreen, yeah I know it's late but I just scored a 4 foot shark and I need to gut it right away, could you grab the camera and come on over?"
"Oooh that didn't quite work out, we'll have to try again with the other shark. Yeah, I know it's almost midnight and you have to get your kids up in the morning for school . . . but . . . "
Think that'll work?

Doreen?
Out of any name you could've chosen, you go with Doreen? She sounds like a dud.
