Be the first to put up video clips of some of the harder and/or less common tips. Things like de-boning the fish. Some of it requres ummmm... an inquisitive or adventurous nature to really enjoy. Tripe might not be a sufficient reward for an afternoons work, depending on the photographer.

L even ate some of the barracuda ceviche - after asking if I'd eaten any myself and how long it takes for ciguateria poisoning to kick in and how long ago I'd eaten it and how I knew it was a Pacific barracuda and how I could be sure Pacific barracuda aren't toxic - then after trying a tiny sample she nodded approval and scooped a bowl full.
