Well, I made it.
Very, very early Sunday morning after two nearly solid days of catching up, I completed the coursework for a Master's degree - an MSM with an emphasis on Project Management. I graduate July 8. I've already landed a better job partly because of it.. but at the end of the day - I've realized I'd just as soon shut up and play my guitar.

Well in your project management role...
you can use playing your guitar as an incentive to the people doing the work.
Whether as a positive or negative incentive depends on how good you are...
