Welcome to the pain sufferers
I took yesterday off to work on my boat (which is hauled out in the yard having her fuel tanks cleaned - which necessitated pulling engine...) and climbed aboard to get something. Upon coming back out I found someone had borrowed my ladder and its about 14 feet down to the concrete. There was a scaffold about 4 feet below the deck and so I tried to lower myself to that and hooked my left rib cage on the rail, popping bottom left rib.
Much pain today and nothing for it except a big ace bandage and handful of advil.
