1 lb sea scallops
1 lb pink shrimp
1 lb clams
cup diced onion
1 clove garlic
1 cup diced celery
1 diced tomato
1/4 pound danish butter
1 can cheap beer
4 table spoons olive oil
spices
old bay seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
salt (to taste)
1/4 cup trappeys louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons worcesture
2 teaspoons red pepper
3 teaspoons paprika
dice and fry garlic in olive oil
add butter melt it in
add the vegetables and 1/2 of the dry seasonings, saute until onions are transucent
add liquid seasonings and the can of beer
cook 8 minutes over medium heat stirring occasionally
add the seafood, cooks in about 8 minutes, dont overcook as the seafood gets rubbery.
let sit 5 minutes or so for the flavor to blend.
