New The advantages of "print-on-demand"

The disadvantages:
- I had to do all my own editing and layout.
- It took me weeks to figure out how to consistently generate a file that would be press-ready.

On the gripping hand:

I know a lot more about fonts, PostScript and PDF now than I did before.
