I don't normally eat cooked fish - but this was worth making an exception. Very light in flavour. We didn't get the mullet as part of the degustation menu, but every dish waas a wonder. The only one I didn't finish was the French Roquefort cheese dish. Blue cheese isn't my thing, even when it's an excellent one. OT: Just noticed something almost interesting. The mac has the definition for degustation in its in-built dictionary, though it gets flagged as a word that is mis-spelled. Go figure. Two out of three people wonder where the other one is.
