Hmmmm, got a link to a nice technical (not dumbed-down) description of the physics, specifics of that sucker? And maybe the er, Health Physics aspect of a typical scan-dose? I find that MDs don't know shit about either - they read something in a PR-manual and regurgitate, not for comprehension. (But then, I don't expect them to; most don't know Ohm's Law either. Never mind er, bremsstrahlung cha cha cha)
