It's November 3rd and it's the Owl's birthday! Have a good one, Brenda!

Hoot! ;)
Thanks Alex, I'm trying anyway. Of course, some of my Yahoo group members decided today was a good day to start a fight... :P What is it about the night before my birthday that makes fights break out in the Hollow Tree, I'll never know. :) At least it isn't as bad as LAST years!
John took tomorrow and Friday off, and we're going out to celebrate my birthday, raid used bookstores and have a great time, and NOTHING is gonna wreck it, not even the internet! :)
Brenda (44 today!)
Edit: fixed general stuff. :)

Owl's Birthday Haul & Thank You!!
Thank you to everyone in here for the birthday wishes!
I had a great day! I didn't find all that much at the used book stores, but what I did find here and there was just awesome and sometimes unexpected!
Not counting the Revenge Of The Sith DVD and special CD from Target on Nov 1st, (early presents), I amassed in the Star Wars department the following: The Anakin Skywalker Evolution Figure Set (been trying to find that for a long long time now), The Art Of Revenge Of The Sith new revised WITH complete Script now,(It's ABOUT TIME, GEORGE!!!! ), the Revenge Of The Sith paperback, The Revenge of the Sith Target Exclusive Christmas Ornament, the latest EMPIRE magazine, 1 pack of the Revenge Of The Sith Widescreen Movie cards, and a box of Revenge of the Sith Movie cards and I FINALLY got Anakin, Card #1!!! (been searching for that for MONTHS). I also found at the used book store, an official collectors copy of Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back script! It's really awesome, embossed and stuff! And I got one other Star Wars YJK paperback.
Also at the used book store, I got a copy of "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff With Your Family", "The Highly Sensitive Person", and "Breaking The Chain Of Low Self-Esteem." And John's dad sent me a nice book on Titanic!
In the clothing department, I got some nice warm thermal socks, and the official Houston Astros National League Championship 2005 T-shirt! YES, I found it IN ST. LOUIS after all! And I got two three-packs of generic sports T-shirts, one about Hockey, and one about Football so that now I have other shirts to wear to watch games when it isn't one of my favorite teams. And I got a Pittsburgh Steeler's Pin!
In the critter/misc department, I got one stuffed angel bear and one stuffed airplane! I also got two Hallmark ornaments that I wanted. And I got an adorable mini-snowglobe of cardinal birds from Hallmark!
I spent money from my mom and that I had and coupons and gift certificates, etc etc... and spent the whole day with John! I got to eat at my favorite restaurant, Ruby Tuesday, and the whole day was fantastic! :)
And then when I got home, I got to listen to a personal gift from my Pittsburgh Penguins and Mario, as they beat the Islanders 5-1! YEAH!
Brenda
