One of the ZZ Toppers was interviewed on this once and his tip was
"Order whatever you normally do, then eat half".
This is actually pretty easy to do.
Simple thing #2: Don't eat within 3-4 hours of bedtime.
Sleeping on a full stomach is 1) restless and 2) gives your body a chance to store everything
Simple thing #3: Cut back on drinking.
Simple thing #4: Stash your car and take public transit. You'll walk a lot more.
