ie: I figure you're weight can't be too bad if you can lift your entire body off the floor with your arms or complete a full pull-up (head all the way above the bar).
Of course, I happen to fully support that test purely because I can pass it :-)
And I'm with DrewK on the 'BMI tables published by folks with an interest in seeling weight loss product' thing too. Reminds me (here be a rant) of a billboard I've seen around advertising a weight loss company, that has a waist-shot of someone trying to fit into a pair of jeans. The spare tyre this allegedly fat person is carrying would probably befit a bicycle. But if it does convince people who aren't really overweight that they in fact are, then the ad does it's job.
