
Ways to lose weight
It's as good a time as any to discuss ways of doing it. Cottage Cheese and celery wouldn't work for me. For starters, I don't like celery :)
Discounting for the moment the fact that I've since found about 10 kilos, from early 2000 to early 20001 I lost 15kgs (33 lbs). Didn't change what I ate hardly at all, all the weight loss was thanks to an hour's walk each day. Well it started off over an hour, and I got it down to about 45 minutes.
Of course, YMMV, but that's what worked for me. If can change your diet significantly, and stick to it, bonus points for you! I couldn't do it - a life of carrot sticks and rice crackers would have been far too depressing.
