New Question about Address Book and Thunderbird
I've downloaded Thunderbird for MacOSX for my Mom. I'd like to import the address book in Address Book into Thunderbird, but the import routine doesn't seem to be able to understand the VCard(s) that Address Book puts out.

If anyone has any experience in the area, I'd appreciate hearing about it!

TIA!

New Re: Question about Address Book and Thunderbird
No direct experience, but I found [link|http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20040905025741769|this]. Someone had this exact problem and apparently wrote an Applescript to do the job.

Another excellent reason to have [link|http://www.macosxhints.com/|http://www.macosxhints.com] bookmarked, if you don't already.

Let us know if it works.

New Finally got a round tuit
It's all done. Had to fix a couple of weirdities in the script; mostly spaces where there shouldn't have been one.

Site is now bookmarked; I'm going to wade through it bit by bit between schoolwork. It's a bit hard as that one's my Mom's full time machine; I'm still on PC (and will be for a while yet; Warp is still a great system even if I really can't use it for almost any of my schoolwork this year).
