They've fixed up the old jail in Chesterfield for some of them, and established other areas at the airport here and at Mid-America Airport. (Edit: I corrected the name of the airport). Yet no one has arrived and now they said on the news it might be tomorrow. What on earth is going on, doesn't FEMA know what they are doing down there? (Shaking my head).
