much better than that. As the latest incarnation ofthe War Powers act gives the
military (cf police) powers to invade a sovereign state for the purpose of securing
their oil supplyDemocracy for that benighted part of the world, they can shoot whenver they want. The army hasn't invaded the USA
(yet...).
