In fact, I was so pleasantly surprised I sent a complimentary e-mail to our I.T. guy, who usually installs stuff to make us less productive. Trying to visit the page fails horribly; the technician client is basically one giant ActiveX control, as Peter said. The end user page is, however, compatible with any web browser out there. Now trying some alternatives. apt-get install godlike-powers

However, I do remember on the older version, the login screen wouldn't even show up unless you were running IE + Windows. Track-It has two clients, one for the end user, and one for the technicians. 6.5 was where they introduced the browser-agnostic user page; but the technician page is still basically one big ActiveX control that contains the entire application. :P apt-get install godlike-powers
