We're using 6.5. Trying to visit the page fails horribly; the technician client is basically one giant ActiveX control, as Peter said. The end user page is, however, compatible with any web browser out there.
I just logged into our Track-It (OS X/Safari) and can't find the version number.
But it worked fine.
Oh, well, we tried.

I don't get them assigned to me. I'm just an end-user.
Maybe that's the difference. However, I do remember on the older version, the login screen wouldn't even show up unless you were running IE + Windows.

Track-It has two clients, one for the end user, and one for the technicians. 6.5 was where they introduced the browser-agnostic user page; but the technician page is still basically one big ActiveX control that contains the entire application. :P
