New certainly, to dogs humans are godlike creatures thet they
worship and fear. They do all the things humans do in that regard. Trial and error trying to figure out what the "god" wants and supplying same. Fleeing in terror from a vengeful god. Protecting the god from outside dark forces, like cats.
