Let's not bother with door staff, but instead let the place fill up to the point where the patrons cannot navigate to the lavs! The smart thing to do in that building would be to lose as many of those "quaint" inner walls as possible to allow more seating (or even standing) and less "excuse me, thanks, sorry, excuse me, thanks, sorry, sorry, oops, excuse me" as you go from bar to bog to bar. Nevertheless, a most memorable night.
