New I was responding to Ashtom about Mr. Dumass
QA not reading or failing to understand what the document may have said, and also pointing out that yes people can be that ingnorant. My new and improved email is my stock answer when personally meeting such obstacles so what happened to the hero of the story doesnt come back to haunt me.
