Cause I know you avoided Alaska Air to the extent possible. Hey, if Delta gave you real food, they would have to give you utensils which you could turn into a weapon. Right? Besides, they need to cut expenses. Curious, is it the money or weekly commuting ANC to Valdez that's bugging you? It does sound like it's yours for the taking. If so, that's something. Post #21,090 by boxley 12/11/01 7:30:21 PM Reply	not the commuting or the money (Peter!) looked hard at moving there, visited the schools a realtor and the local arch diocece for small heathen instruction. it appears to be very community oriented without a bowling alley or pool hall or theator. 13 bars 13 churches. Got back at 6pm and had a call about a Dec/VMS X25 scripts to be ported to Solaris OSI/X25 starting Monday. I would have a 3hr one way commute so would be in the same situation as Valdez/ANC but without the moving hassle. Need to brush up on VMS been a loooong time. Any good books I can memorize before Monday? I wouldnt know about the Valdez gig until the end of the Year, this one starts now for 90 days minimum.
