Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Point. That reminds me of something...
I remember hearing about a book about how to successfully commit suicide. It caused controversy because many people who would otherwise have failed succeeded. Was that murder?

I have come to believe that idealism without discipline is a quick road to disaster, while discipline without idealism is pointless. -- Aaron Ward (my brother)
New No
It was simply another self-help book.

Seriously, if someone really wants to kill themselves, they dont need a handbook.
They'll find a way. People have been suiciding since the beginning of time. You cant blame a book.

The borderline personalities, that manipulative lot, would relish a how-to book. These are the folks you have to worry about because they thrive on crisis and try to create situations where people rally around them to "prove" their love and affection. Borderlines often take the attention seeking thing too far and end up dead (or sleeping on the floor like my teenaged friend, which will get them a couple weeks on an inpatient unit where they get all the attention they want), but they didnt get this way from reading a how-to book.
New Sounds like my Ex
She would use suicide threats to get her way. That kind of psychological blackmail only works so long though (Hence the EX.)

New Yeah, people eventually tire of that kind of behavior
It's exhausting to deal with someone like that. At some point you feel like challenging them to do it-- Either kill yourself or shut up already!
How's that for sound therapeutic advice?

One of them was this cute little yellowtail, and she's giving me the eye. So I figured, this is my chance for a little fun. You know, piece o' Pisces.
