Come work near the beautiful Rocky Mountains. JBCharles is
currently recruiting for our client in West Denver for a Tandem
Programmer. We are looking for an experienced programmer
with COBOL/SCOBOL programming skills to join their team on a full-
time, employee basis.

Qualifications:
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in
Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of programming
experience including 2+ years of current (within last 6 months)
Tandem and COBOL as well as 1+ year of programming in newer
technologies such as Java.

Demonstrated proficiency in programming, analysis, and support in a
large scale-computing environment. Able to develop solutions to
complex technical issues by performing research and analysis. MUST
have current Tandem programming experience.

Financial or securities industry experience is a big plus.
Experience with Java and SQL is preferred. Excellent oral and
written communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a group environment. Lively personality a
plus!
