Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Naah! Really? Naah, you're having me on!
Aren't you?!? Sheesh, you live and learn... something new every day, even at this age.

(Today I've learned that my blood sugar has ALWAYS been high, 'coz coffee has NEVER had that effect on me. :-)

(I live in Finland, and my e-mail in-box is at the Saunalahti company.)
Your lies are of Microsoftian Scale and boring to boot. Your 'depression' may be the closest you ever come to recognizing truth: you have no 'inferiority complex', you are inferior - and something inside you recognizes this. - [link|http://z.iwethey.org/forums/render/content/show?contentid=71575|Ashton Brown]
New For real, according to my wife's training
It is a stimulant, but it also lowers the blood flow to your brain. If your blood sugar is low enough then you'll go to sleep, stimulation or no.

Most adults' blood sugar is high enough that the stimulation wins. There are some exceptions. And kids tend to have lower blood sugar.

This is something that my wife happened to mention to me once.

Cheers,
Ben
I have come to believe that idealism without discipline is a quick road to disaster, while discipline without idealism is pointless. -- Aaron Ward (my brother)
New My wife mentioned it too
As she was letting the kids drink heavily caffienated drinks befor bed.

I didn't believe her, but I was aware of the effect of ritalin on kids, acting as a sedative, so I just kept my mouth shut.
