I once worked at a startup company where we had a fish tank in the office.
When the company brought in an outside CEO, we promptly named a fish after him. The fish was a pleco. Also known as "bottomfeeding scumsucker".

Ultimately, the pleco grew too big for the fish tank, and had to be returned to the pet store. The CEO's fate was quite similar.

(Our founder's name was Lou. So, obviously, we had a red-eyed tetra named Waterloo in that fish tank as well).
