Sounds like mental health to me.
As opposed to 'sublimating' the awful time-anchor, practicing.. imagining that the Work is rilly important and that.. You DO Like Being There (which is so clearly an aberration, probably with an official polysyllabic name, too).

"Watching The English", by Kate Fox.
It'll help you a lot in understanding why we are the way we are.

Which came first?
