New Does it freeze well?
I'm pretty sure I heard from you -- or from a link from you -- that cured hams shouldn't be frozen after they're sliced. Now I'd like to stock the freezer with corned beef, but my mother-in-law has told my wife that corned beef can't be frozen, or at least not for long. Something about the spices in it going bad.

So how do you store it?

New Salted meat isn't likely to freeze well.
What I did was pay attention to the "sell by" date and will keep them refrigerated for use within a week of the "sell by", so I've got until April 24th to use the last one. By then I'll be damned sick of corned beef and be glad it's all gone.
