New How my father did it
My father was negotiating to buy a soda plant.
Not for HIM, just that was his job.

So he was at the plant location, the paper work was
on desk, waiting for all the signatures.

He took a block of wood out of his briefcase,
popped it on the table, and said it would
be very helpful to the process if they could
take it to their machine shop and take care of
it for him.

It came back very nicely done.
